Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Jad, a graduate of Saint-Joseph University's School of Engineers, brings over 25 years of experience across Lebanon, the GCC, and West Africa. Throughout his career, he continuously honed his skills, becoming CEO in 2010 for a specialized fit-out company delivering prestigious 5-star hotels in Qatar for the FIFA 2022 World Cup.
Driven by a vision to empower businesses, Jad assembled a team of experts at HEX in 2023. By combining their knowledge, they aim to help companies achieve lasting success. His expertise in project and construction management is highly valued, complemented by his strategic guidance in business transformation.
DIB Joseph
Co-Founder, Structural Consultant
Joseph began his academic journey at Saint-Joseph University in Lebanon, graduating with a Masters' in Civil Engineering in 2016. He further expanded his knowledge at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, where he obtained another Master's degree in Technology and Engineering Management.
Following his studies, Joseph embarked on a successful career in construction, with experience spanning Lebanon and Africa. He brings expertise in project coordination, streamlining business processes, and managing and controlling documents. Samer honed his skills at the prestigious ESIB School of Engineers at Saint-Joseph University in Lebanon. Throughout his career in executive construction across the Middle East and Africa, he has tackled a wide range of projects. This experience has equipped him with a powerful toolkit, including expertise in project control, cost control, value engineering, and design and technical coordination. FARAH Karim
MEP Consultant
Karim's journey began at Notre Dame University in Lebanon, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2005. After graduation, he dived into the MEP field, gaining in-depth knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
In 2008, Karim further sharpened his skills by pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Construction Management at the American University of Beirut. This additional qualification equipped him to excel in both technical and leadership roles.
Leveraging his combined expertise, Karim co-founded an MEP contracting company in 2012. As a managing partner, he oversees daily operations, makes strategic decisions, and manages projects.

Ramy launched his career in procurement and supply chain management for construction companies after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Finance from Holy Spirit Kaslik University in Lebanon in 2005. His extensive experience spans the Gulf Region, Middle East, and Africa, working with both international and local companies.
Through these projects, Ramy has become a procurement mastermind. He's an expert in inventory management, supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and on-time delivery. His strong leadership skills ensure a well-oiled supply chain operation, guaranteeing a smooth project for you.
CHAMAA Antoine

A finance wiz with a BA from Saint-Joseph University (USJ) in Lebanon, Antoine boasts over two decades of experience in the banking sector (since 2000).
